University of Tennessee at Chattanooga senior safety D.J. Key was cited by UTC Plice early Sunday morning and charged with vandalism. According to the misdemeanor citation, an intoxicated Key kicked in the door to his residence at Stophel Apartments, causing an estimated $300 in damages.

Key's citation happened around the same time that tight end Faysal Shafaat -- like Key, an All-Southern Conference player last season -- was arrested and charged with public intoxication and and indecent exposure.
