(WRCB) - Good Saturday.  After some good storms rolled through yesterday, we should be less active today.

While we will still have the warm, humid air at the surface, making it feel as hot and humid as it has been for the past week or so, the air a little higher in the atmosphere is drier than it has been, leading me to believe we will not have much of a chance of rain today and tomorrow.  I can't completely rule out a shower or two, but I am only putting the rain chance for today at 20%, and Sunday at 30%.  Overall, clouds will break a bit today, and we should have partly cloudy skies.

For Monday through Wednesday, our pattern will become a bit more unsettled as we see several impulses of low pressure moving through that will keep the chance of afternoon showers in storms in the forecast at about 40%-50%.  We will also see temperatures trending down into the mid 80s by Monday, and staying there all next week.

For the end of next week, a flow of gulf moisture is going to bring us a very good chance of heavy rain both Thursday and Friday.
