BREAKING: Judge declares mistrial in murder trial of Kaylon Bailey

After several days of testimony and legal maneuvering, the murder trial of Kaylon Bailey took another turn  Thursday when Judge Stern declaring a mistrial.

One of the jurors broke the rules set forth by most legal proceedings, and Judge Rebecca Stern, and researched case online, using an iPad.

Earlier, during deliberation, the juror admitted to researching the case on an iPad, which is prohibited.

Kaylon Bailey is on trial for the murder of Kima Evans. The fatal shooting took place at 1706 Cambridge Drive in January of 2012.
