Greene County Sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing man who may be in the Chattanooga area.

Officials say 76-year-old Charles Kenneth Lawson went missing from his Greensboro home June 6. Lawson suffers from onset Alzheimer's and dementia.

Officials say he told his family at some point he was going home to Tennessee, in the Knoxville area.

Crews have searched for Lawson using helicopters, atvs, GSP, DNR, EMA, Fire, Rescue, equine and K-9 rescue to no avail. They are now asking the public's help in finding Lawson.

He is a white male, 5'9", 150 pounds, thin build, brown eyes, gray hair.  He was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a black ball cap and a silver in color wrist watch.
