The man suspected of tossing gasoline on a pharmacy clerk during a robbery is in custody.

Dalton police arrested Michael Roberts Friday afternoon in a wooded area off Old Grade Road near the Red Barn Flea Market, following a short foot chase.

It's the second time this week officers were on his trail. Wednesday, he was found in the same area on the roof of a business.

Roberts reportedly injured his leg when jumped from that roof, but managed to escape arrest.

He was taken to Hamilton Medical Center for treatment.

He will be booked on charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
