CHATTANOOGA (WRCB/Titans) -- The Tennessee Titans Caravan will make its annual stop in the Tennessee Valley on Wednesday, May 8 at the Academy Sports + Outdoors on Highway 153 in Hixson.
Wide receiver Kendall Wright, who was the team's first pick in last year's NFL Draft, and veteran linebacker Colin McCarthy will meet fans and sign autographs as part of the event, which will start at 3 p.m. ET.
"Voice of the Titans" Mike Keith will also be on hand.
Posters are provided at no cost to all Caravan attendees for autographs, and photos are encouraged. The stop will likely last one hour.
The two-week caravan started April 29 in Bowling Green, Ky., and runs through May 10. Defensive backs Michael Griffin and Jason McCourtney, wide receiver Mark Mariani and new free agent offensive lineman Andy Levitre among its other stops.
Titans Caravan began in 1998 as a small effort to spread goodwill through the region. Since 1998, the Caravan has made over 750 stops, visited more than 300 schools and allowed the team to interact directly with an estimated audience well in excess of 120,000 fans.
