ATLANTA (WRCB) -- An Atlanta woman was sentenced to seven years in federal prison for trafficking a teenage girl for sex.

Jessica Loren Posey transported a 16-year-old girl to Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio for sex.

Investigators say Posey met the girl in 2010 and caused her to engage in prostitution. Posey advertised the girl online, uploaded nude photos of the girl and arranged for meetings with customers.

Posey drove the girl to various locations including Chattanooga and Knoxville as well as locations in Ohio and Kentucky.

Posey was sentenced to seven years, five months in prison followed by five years supervised release.

She was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,200 to the minor victim, perform 100 hours of community service, and register as a sex offender.

This case was investigated by Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with assistance from the FBI's Metro Atlanta Child Exploitation Task Force, including the Atlanta Police Department, Gwinnett County Police Department, City of Marietta Police Department, Fulton County Police Department, Clayton County Police Department, and the Sandy Springs Police Department.
