Worsham and Coffman Win TVBC Tournament on Weiss

CEDAR BLUFF, AL (WRCB) – The Tennessee Valley Bass Club held their mid-season 2-day tournament this past weekend April 20 & 21, 2013, on Weiss Lake.

Anglers reported this was one of the toughest tournaments that they have fished this season.

The team of Greg Worsham and Doodle Bivens caught a two-day total weighing 20.15 pounds to take the win and the $448  first place prize.

The second-place team of Gary Davenport and Harold Coffman Jr. finished in second with a two-day total of 19.14 pounds. Third place went to the duo of James Milling and Buddy Gross with 18.86 pounds for a two-day total.

James Milling and Buddy Gross took big-fish honors on Day 1 with a largemouth bass weighing 5.14 pounds which earned them $140.

Day 2 Big Fish and $140 went to the team of Russell Parkhill and Freddie Bradford with a largemouth bass that weighed 4.69 pounds.
