(WRCB) - Good Saturday. WOW! What a start to the weekend. The average date of the last frost is April 14th.
We went a little past that this morning with a Frost Advisory until 9am. Temps were in the low 30s in the mountains, and mid/upper 30s in the valleys.
With that said, this is going to be an amazing weekend. With light northerly winds, we will warm into the mid 60s this afternoon with mostly sunny skies.
Tomorrow will be a little warmer, as our winds shift a bit, coming more from the southeast/ That will bump us up to about 70. We will see some clouds moving in through the day Sunday, but no rain. Overall, Sunday will be a great day also.
The start of next week will be just as nice with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s (a little below the normal of 74).
Wednesday will be when our next front brings some heavy rain to the area overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
Wednesday afternoon we will dry out, and stay dry until our next front which (at least right now) looks like it MAY bring showers and storms to the area...dare I say it?...next Saturday.
