MEMPHIS, TN (WMCTV) -- In the fast food industry, a dissatisfied customer can be an employee's worst nightmare. Especially if they are anything like a man who threatened a local drive-thru cashier with a gun.

According to the police report, Antonius Hart, Jr., 19, drove up to the Jack Pirtles Chicken on Jackson Avenue with his father Antonius Hart, 45, in the passenger seat of the truck. They pulled up to the drive-thru window, ordered chicken and left.

Shortly after, the cashier realized she left an order of chicken wings with the customers' order.

The father and son returned to the drive-thru window. According to the cashier, the two men were angry about their missing chicken.
