Steak, sushi and subs: this week's Restaurant Report Card

Posted: Updated:

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Dining out this weekend?

The inspectors at the Hamilton County Health Department had a great week according to Lead Inspector Jack Falcon. There were no failing grades among the 23 restaurants inspected.

Each week give you the low score and that's a 76 in Ooltewah at Mr. Totto Steak and Sushi.

Inspectors found pork that was out of safe temperature range, the ice maker was dirty, chipped dishes and kitchen staff not washing their hands.

Remember a failing grade is anything lower than a 70.

The high score of the week goes to the Subway on Shallowford Road. Great job with a 96.
