UPDATE: The District Attorney's office for the 10th Judicial District tells Channel 3 that no charges have been filed against Warren Drew Ingram, the driver of the Nissan Titan.

A toxicology report performed showed Ingram's Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) to be 0.01%, well under Tennessee's legal BAC limit of 0.08%.

COPPERHILL, POLK CO., TN (WRCB) - A fatal wreck in April of this year, involving a pickup pulling a boat and a truck shut down a part of Highway 64 near Copperhill for most of the day Wednesday.

Dispatch says the call came in just before 6:30 Wednesday morning. Tennessee Highway Patrol say a Nissan Titan and a Chevy Silverado pulling a boat collided.

The driver of the Titan, Warren Drew Ingram, was traveling east on 64 when the vehicles collided.

The boat came loose and struck the Titan.

Ingram was injured and taken to Skyridge Medical Center.

Both passengers in the Silverado, William F. Rogers and Judith L. Rogers, were killed.
