CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- The sidewalks were packed in downtown Chattanooga near the river for the Saturday river market.
Vendors set up shop all along many of the city's most popular spots.
It was a great start of the season for Dalton's Sleepy Hollow Farm owner Amanda Beavers.
Sleepy Hollow offers a variety of herbal products and medicinal herbs.
Beavers says her favorite part about the market is the people.
She says crowds grow each week, and the more people passing through the market -- the more people she gets to know.
"You get to know people coming by over and over, get to know their name: their family by first name. It's a lot of fun."
She says she keeps her business going throughout the season -- that is, until it gets "really, really hot."
