CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Rain has washed out opening day at AT&T Field for the Chattanooga Lookouts.

The team was scheduled to start the 2013 Southern League season Thursday night against Huntsville, but instead will wait until Friday at 7:15 p.m. ET to play its first game. Gates open at 6 p.m. and fireworks will follow.

Thursday's contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader this Sunday. The first of two seven-inning games will start at 2:15 p.m. ET.

Tickets for the April 4 contest can be exchanged for any other regular season game, subject to availability.
