AMBER ALERT - canceled for TN for two Florida boys

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE (WRCB) -- An AMBER Alert issued for Tennessee by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been deactivated.

Police found the vehicle in Florida Thursday, leading to the deactivation for Tennessee.

The search for the two boys is still in effect. Officials are looking for four-year-old Cole Hakken and two-year-old Chase Hakken.

The children were allegedly kidnapped from their custodial maternal grandmother in Tampa, FL April 3, 2013.

They are possibly with their biological parents, Sharyn and Joshua Hakken.
If you have seen this vehicle or the children, you are urged to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
