ATHENS, TN (WRCB) -- A 25-year-old man was charged with making terroristic threats Monday at a clinic in Athens.

William Thomas Coblentz allegedly became upset at the Athens Neurology Clinic when the clinic declined to fill a prescription without him seeing a doctor.

The Athens Police Department report states that Coblentz began to curse and said "It will be on your hands when I go and do a school shooting."

Coblentz was later arrested by Cleveland Police and charged with the commission of an act of terrorism, and transported back to McMinn County by Athens police.
