CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Chattanooga Police are searching the area near Clio Avenue to find Kelly Dobbs, who has been missing since yesterday.

A busload of police cadets, who are in training, joined the search efforts, lining up in alphabetical order as they organized. The cadets were told to walk through every business on Rossville Boulevard in their search for Dobbs.

Dobbs, who is said to suffer from medical and mental conditions, walks his daily route to Rossville's duck pond.

There is a command post set up near the home where he was last seen.

Officials say because of his mental and medical conditions, they will search until they have covered every lead.

Dobbs has been described as having a very short haircut, and was last seen wearing his eye glasses, a brown shirt, black jacket, blue jeans and a black hat.

Anyone with any information about the whereabouts of Dobbs is asked to call police.
