UPDATE: Man stabbed at Red Bank apartment

RED BANK, TN. (WRCB) -- One person is stabbed in Red Bank Wednesday night.

It happened at an apartment in the 1100 block of Dayton Boulevard, shortly after 9:00 p.m.

Police Chief Tim Christol says police found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds when they arrived.

Witnesses told police the suspect, 42-year-old Reynard Cable, ran from the scene.

Chief Christol says Cable and the weapon believed to have been used were later found behind the Cherokee Motel.

Cable was taken into custody without incident, where charges are pending.

The victim's condition was not available. He was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
