CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Chattanooga Police have arrested a man in the shooting of an officer's patrol car.
Police arrested 22-year-old Samuel Lemorris Ervin. Ervin is accused of shooting an officer's patrol car five times when the officer was responding to a call on Fagan Street.
The officer was not injured.
Ervin was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for violation of state probation.
