TicketBiscuit unveiled a working prototype integration with Bally’s Player Rewards, and announced planned integrations with player rewards platforms from Aristocrat and IGT.

Additionally, TicketBiscuit offers functionality that enables players to exchange player rewards points for live entertainment experiences, including tickets, VIP experiences, and more. “Reducing friction between casinos’ best customers and their earned rewards will lead to happier, more loyal players.”

TicketBiscuit will present concepts and ideas about the relationship between live entertainment and player rewards at the National Indian Gaming Association convention in Phoenix, Arizona this month.
