CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- This weekend...better than a 4 leaf clover!
Southerly winds will bring in warm air through the weekend, allowing highs to reach the low 70s.
Today we will have mostly sunny skies, and flawless weather heading into the weekend.
A boundary between warm and cool air will slowly slide southward, bringing us some clouds, and maybe even a passing showers or two Saturday and Sunday. The exact position of the front will determine whether or not we get any of those showers. Right now, the rain chance is hovering between 20% and 30%.
We will up that rain chance as a cold front moves through. Ahead of the front, we can expect light scattered showers through the day, Monday. As it passes through Monday night, we will see a line of heavy rain and thunderstorms moving through Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Tuesday afternoon, cooler and drier air will settle in with a high Tuesday of 60 degrees.
