BOSTON, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --Ā Pedro Martinez, Special Assistant to the General Manager of the Red Sox, made a special one-day trip from the Dominican Republic to Boston yesterday. However, his visit to Fenway Park had little to do with baseball and a lot to do with fun. The 8-time All Star and World Championship Pitcher was in town for a tv shoot with Jordan's Furniture President Eliot Tatelman.

The all-day, 2-camera shoot with production house Cramer Productions was to produce tv and radio commercials for Jordan's Furniture that will feature Pedro and Eliot. Footage was shot with the two "stars" in many areas of Fenway Park, including Center Field, the Bullpen, and near the Green Monster.

Most Jordan's Furniture ads feature 2 things…furniture and Eliot. However, for this series of commercials, Jordan's President and CEO was more than happy to share the spotlight. "This is the seventh year that Jordan's has been an official partner of the Boston Red Sox. Through the years, we've had a lot of fun creating entertaining commercials about great promotions for our customers. And this year, we take it to another level! I am thrilled to work with Pedro and look to his continued contribution to the Red Sox organization throughout the season," stated Tatelman.

The new series of Jordan's commercials will air in the Boston and Providence Markets during the baseball season.
