Man's home is repeatedly vandalized

Posted: Updated:

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Michael Whittaker takes our camera around his home and shows us where it has been riddled with nearly three dozen holes.

He says since January, someone has been vandalizing his home on 15th Avenue and taking off.

In surveillance video you can see a man getting out of a car and hurling a brick at his home.

If it's not bricks, it's marbles being shot through the windows.

Holes can be seen all over the house and both he and his son says they have had close calls more than once.

Whittaker worries that he's a target after testifying in a recent court case.

In the video, again, someone is throwing a brick at his house then speeding off.

Whittaker Junior says the marble attacks seem to always happen at night after 9:00.
