NASHVILLE, TN (WRCB) -- The Tennessee Supreme Court upheld the termination of a father's parental rights Wednesday.
The court unanimously upheld the decision based on the grounds of abandonment based on willful failure to visit the children and willful failure to pay child support.
Documents state the father willfully failed to visit the children and failed to pay child support totaling in the thousands.
