CHATTANOOGA, TN (Times Free Press) -- Chattanooga Mayor-elect Andy Berke will hold the first of a series of forums seeking public input on city issues on March 21, according to a news release.

The forum will be held from 5-7 p.m. at McGilvray Gymnasium at Tennessee Temple University.

The topic is public safety, the release stated.

"Our streets are too dangerous," Berke said in the release. "We must have a comprehensive plan to reduce the amount of crime in our community."
