CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- A man is in jail facing charges of vehicular homicide Wednesday.

Chattanooga Police arrested Rowan York in connection with a July fatal wreck.

Investigators say York crashed in the 6500 block of Shallowford Road. They say he was traveling the wrong way down Shallowford and struck Myra Eacker's car head on.

Eacker died as a result.

Two other vehicles were also hit, resulting in injuries.

York was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide by impairment, reckless endangerment, DUI and two counts of vehicular assault.
