Athens police search for armed robbery suspect

ATHENS, MCMINN CO, TN (WRCB) - Police in Athens are looking for an armed robbery suspect. The robbery happened late Tuesday night at the Kenjo on Decatur Pike.

The clerk told police a masked man came in pointed a gun at her face and demanded all the money from the counter.

After getting all the money the suspect forced the clerk to lay down in the floor and fled in an unknown direction.
