Daxton Steele, M.D., has joined their team of specialty physicians. Dr. Steele is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Steele will see patients at the Andrews Institute, 1040 Gulf Breeze Pkwy., in Gulf Breeze, Fla., and at Baptist Medical Park-Nine Mile, 9400 University Pkwy., in Pensacola, Fla.

Dr. Steele completed a hip and knee adult reconstruction fellowship at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, N.C. His clinical interests are in orthopaedic total joint surgery, reconstructive joint surgery and pre-operative optimization. He is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
