RED BANK, TN (WRCB) -- Three men charged with the death of a Red Bank man pleaded guilty to second degree murder Monday.
Zachary Hughes, Markel Mitchell and Jeremy Reinig pleaded guilty to killing Jordan Collins in September 2011.
Investigators say Collins was beaten with a crowbar inside his home.
Hughes, Collins' former roommate, Mitchell and Reinig were all charged with criminal homicide.
The state agreed to drop the men's charges from first degree murder and aggravated burglary to second degree murder in exchange for their plea.
Hughes was sentenced to 40 years in prison, Mitchell was sentenced to 20 years and Reinig was sentenced to 15 years.
