
ATLANTA, Ga. (WRCB) -- Start times have been set for the nationally-televised SEC games that will open the 2013 college football season the week of August 31.
For the second time in four years, Alabama will start the year in the Georgia Dome in the Chik-Fil-A Kickoff Classic against Virginia Tech. The game will kick off at 5:30 p.m. ET and be televised by ESPN on Saturday, August 31.
Georgia's season-opener at Clemson will start at 8 p.m. ET and be televised by ABC.
The SEC also announced its first conference game of the season will be a Thursday night matchup. Vanderbilt will host Ole Miss on August 29 in a game that will start at 9:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Thursday, August 29 North Carolina at South Carolina 5 p.m. (CT) on ESPN
Thursday, August 29 Mississippi at Vanderbilt 8:15 p.m. on ESPN
Saturday, August 31 Alabama vs. Virginia Tech 4:30 p.m. on ESPN
Saturday, August 31 Georgia at Clemson 7 p.m. on ABC
Saturday, August 31 TCU vs. LSU 8 p.m. on ESPN
Thursday, September 24 Kentucky at Mississippi State 6:30 p.m. on ESPN
