FBI investigating North Georgia agent

(WRCB) - The FBI has confirmed it is investigating a North Georgia agent.

We first told you about allegations against Special Agent Ken Hillman last week.

He was reportedly given a ride by a Ringgold police officer who suspected Hillman of driving under the influence.

Another officer has come forward with a similar story.

The FBI issued a statement Monday saying the agency is aware of the allegations and is investigating.
