CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Early voting wrapped up this week and now election day is upon us. 

Hamilton County saw more than 7000 people casting their ballots with the early voting option.

Tuesday's election includes the Chattanooga mayoral race, as well as all nine districts of the city council.

There is also a vote on whether to de-annex parts of elder mountain and update the city charter.

Polls will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
