RINGGOLD, GA (WRCB) -- A month-long joint investigation by the Lookout Mountain Drug Task Force and the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office has led to the arrest of a Ringgold dentist.  

Dr. Criston Carter Clark, 44, of LaFayette, GA, has been charged with 41 felony counts of obtaining or attempting to obtain a scheduled drug by fraud.

Officers also served search warrants at Dr. Clark's residence as well as his place of business, Criston C. Clark, DMD, in Ringgold, GA.

Dr. Clark is currently incarcerated at the Catoosa County Jail awaiting his first appearance hearing in the Magistrate Court.
