Chattanooga man back in jail days before trial

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A Chattanooga man is back in the Hamilton County jail just days before trial.

Twenty-three year old Milton Guin was arrested Wednesday for violating probation and is set to go to trial on Monday in the 2011 death of 39 year old Vickie Pippin.

Traffic investigators say Guin had been drinking when he crossed lanes, hitting Pippin's car. Two children were also injured in the crash.

No stranger to the legal system, Hamilton County Court records show Guin pleaded guilty to DUI charges in May of 2009.
