Freedom From Religion Foundation targets N. Georgia school

CATOOSA CO., GA (WRCB) - Another North Georgia school is under pressure from the Freedom From Religion Foundation.

Lakeview Middle school is the latest to be targeted by the nonprofit organization.

Their complaint alleges a sixth grade teacher is "witnessing" to students by singing Christian songs to the class during instructional time.

The Freedom From Religion Group has asked for an investigation.
