CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Chattanooga's Gang Task Force says it has a better idea of how to curb the city's growing gang problem.

The group recently completed a 16 page draft plan, based on community needs identified in an assessment conducted last year.

Coordinator Boyd Patterson says the plan outlines ideas for programs involving schools, non-profits, churches, local businesses and police.

Patterson says implementation could begin within three months.
