Hamilton Co. Commissioners settle wrong termination lawsuit

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Hamilton County Commissioners have agreed to pay thousands of dollars to settle a wrongful termination lawsuit.

A former employee filed a federal lawsuit against County Trustee Bill Hullander, claiming Hullander told her she did not fit his reorganization for the office.

Hamilton County Commissioners approved $45,000 Wednesday to settle the lawsuit.
