Arrest made in Walden Street homicide

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Friday morning, Chattanooga Police Officer Lewis Davis identified and arrested homicide suspect Timothy Dewayne Sexton while at the Hamilton County Courthouse.

Sexton, 29, was at the courthouse for another issue when Officer Davis took him into custody on the outstanding warrants.

He has been charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide, five counts of Reckless Endangerment, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm for the murder of Barry Bowman that took place at 6317 Walden Street on September 19, 2012.
