Arsonist arrested and it's not his first time

Posted: Updated:

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A Chattanooga man is behind bars for setting fire to a business and investigators say, it's not his first time.

Kashmone Marlin is charged with aggravated arson for setting a fire at Signal Plating on Camden Street, while people were inside.

As workers left the building, they reportedly spotted marlin throwing away a cigarette lighter.

Earlier this year, Marlin was arrested for starting a fire at the construction of the city's new Wellness Center.
