CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Dining out this weekend?

The inspectors at the Hamilton County Health Department had a good week, reporting no failing grades among the more than 40 restaurants they inspected.

However before you head over to one Chinese restaurant, it's best to check their score of 72 -  at New China on Ringgold Road.

According to Lead Inspector Jack Falcon, food was being stored in the hand sink which, meant kitchen staff was unable to watch their hands, and there was grease was dripping from the overhead grill hood .

Inspectors found dented cans and food not being covered in the walk-in cooler.

Remember a failing grade is anything lower than a 70.

The high score of the week is a three-way tie.

A tremendous effort by Five Guys Burger and Fries on Gunbarrel Road, Marcos Italian Bistro on Frazier Avenue and Kay's Kastles on Dayton Pike; all with a 97.
