CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The trial of a former Chattanooga employee accused of stealing from the city was expected to begin Tuesday, and now has been pushed back to March of 2013.
Police arrested Kenardo Curry in 2006, on allegations he used city credit cards for personal gain.
Curry's attorney sought a plea agreement, but was unable to reach one.
Curry worked for Chattanooga Neighborhood Services.
