Suspect of Friday night police chase identified

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The man that led Collegedale Police on a pursuit Friday night has been identified as 24 year old Edward Lee Moore II.

Moore led Collegedale Police on a chase that ended on Green Shanty Road.

Moore hit an officer and several police cars before eluding authorities.

He faces several charges in Collegedale and Hamilton County.

We're told the officer suffered minor injuries, but several cars had "significant" damage.

The suspect is described as a white male, mid-20's, 5'10" tall with a slender build. He has short dirty blond hair, a goatee, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.More >>
