UPDATE: Victim in East 13th Street shooting identified, still critical

UPDATE: The victim from the 2109 East 13^th Street Shooting has been identified as Justiniano Lopez Lopez, age unknown. He remains listed in critical condition.

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting from Sunday night.

Just before 9:00 p.m. police responded to a shooting at 2109 E 13th Street where they found a Hispanic male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

A black male suspect was seen running away from the incident.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 423-698-2525.
