Belk in Northgate marks $3.5 million upgrade

CHATTANOOGA (Times Free Press) -- Belk officials said today that a just-finished $3.5 million renovation of its Northgate Mall store will bolster the shopper's experience.

"It offers a lot of shopabililty," said store manager Martin Nobles.

The work is the first major revamp of the store since the late 1990s, according to Belk.
