Judge postpones hearing for Myles Stout on alleged harassment

CHATTANOOGA, TN. (Times Free Press) -- A chancery court judge has postponed a hearing for Myles Stout involving his alleged harassment of a local woman.

Alexandra Ambrosetti had filed a protective order against Stout alleging ongoing stalking and harassment, Chancellor Frank Brown agreed to extend the order until Nov 9. Stout is scheduled for sentencing in the reckless homicide shooting death of Myles Compton on Nov. 5.

The judge had ordered no contact between Stout and Ambroetti.
