CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- No jail time for a former Chattanooga businessman, accused of paying to have sex with an underage girl for a second time.
A Hamilton County judge sentenced Greg Austin to five years probation for the 2010 accusations.
It stems from an incident in Catoosa County, in which he reportedly paid a 17-year-old girl to have sex with him in front of a 13-year-old girl.
Earlier this year, Austin pleaded guilty to two charges of aggravated statutory rape, for paying two East Ridge Middle School girls to have sex with him at a local hotel.
He was sentenced to six months in jail.
