CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- The American Red Cross launched another smartphone app Tuesday to give another tool in the event of natural disasters.
Called Earthquake, the app makes important information and news available to people who live in or who visit earthquake-prone areas.
The free app, which is available in English or Spanish, marks the third app in a series created by the American Red Cross. Earthquake, joins the previously-released Hurricane and First Aid apps created by the national rescue and support agency. The apps have been downloaded by more than one million users.
