LAFOLLETTE, TN (News Sentinel) -- A FedEx delivery man faces prosecution for delivering drugs while on the job in Campbell County, according to Campbell County authorities.

According to a news release from Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins, Chris Cole Dabney, 47, of Clinton, was arrested and charged in connection with possessing, distributing and engaging in the sale of prescription narcotics while operating as a delivery employee.

Goins said investigators with the Sheriff's Office with assistance from the 8th Judicial District Drug Task Force arranged a meeting with Dabney and placed a delivery order of morphine for $300.

At about 3 p.m., Friday, at the Exxon station in Jellico just off Interstate 75 at exit 160, investigators were waiting and watched the drug transaction. They immediately took Dabney into custody, officials said.
