CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- Do you have dinner plans for the weekend? We have the Hamilton County Health Department's most recent report card. About 20 restaurants were visited this week.
Jack Falcon with the Department tells me that inspectors are still visiting area schools checking everything from the locker rooms to bathrooms and of course all kitchen areas.
No failing restaurant grades this week. Remember, a failing grade is anything below a 70.
But the low score can be found at Taqueria Antiqua Guatemala on Main Street. At a score of 81 inspectors found problems with some of the cleaning products that were being used, floors and walls need cleaning, parts of the walk-in cooler need cleaning and the kitchen sink area needs cleaning.
This week's high score with a 97 congratulations to Ankar's Express on Shallowford Road. A lot of hard work.
By the way, if you have a complaint about a restaurant, hotel or motel, daycare center swimming pool, call the Hamilton County Health Department Complaint Line at (423) 209-8110.
