CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) – The team of Mark Varady and Mark Keith caught a five-bass limit weighing 20.23 pounds to take first place and the $2,000 prize in the Hyde's Automotive September CBA Open Bass tournament this Saturday at Chester Frost Park. They were also the highest finishing Tow Boat U.S. member which was worth an extra $100.

Varady and Keith reported fishing worms around deeper grass edges to catch their winning stringer.

The duo of Ryan and Randy Rigsby won the over-all big-fish honors with a giant largemouth bass weighing 7,09 pounds which earned them $300.

Ted Pullman and John Delshmitt won the biggest spot award with a spotted bass weighing 1.74 pounds and earned them $100.

Tony Townsend and Galen James won the biggest smallmouth award with a smallmouth bass weighing 3.90 pounds and earned them $100

The team of Tom Brindle and Brian Wilson were the highest finishing new team in the event which earned them a free entry into next month's event.

The father and daughter team of Anthony and Hayley Correll were also the highest finishing Youth Division Team which earned them a free entry into next month's event.
